PLAYER DEVELOPMENT & TEAM PLACEMENT
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT & TEAM PLACEMENT
Following our October evaluations, the coaching staff is finalizing player placements for the Competitive Team and Blue Shirt development program.
Placement decisions consider each player's current basketball fundamentals, understanding of the game, coachability, effort, and readiness for competitive play.
Our focus is on providing every player with an appropriate environment to develop skills, build confidence, and contribute to a team.
